Refund and Return Policy

At Nixta Motorsports, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below for refunds, returns, and exchanges.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
- Digital products
Initiating a Return
To start a return:
- Email us at support@nixtamotorsports.ca with your order number and details about the item you’d like to return.
- Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to ship your item back to us.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We’ll notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different size or item? Contact us at support@nixtamotorsports.ca, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nixtamotorsports.ca with photos and your order details. We’ll make it right.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider or bank; processing times may vary.
- If you still have issues, email us at support@nixtamotorsports.ca, and we’ll assist you.
